Common Issues

Products Not Sorting Correctly

Check This First:

1. ✅ Ranker is active (green toggle)
2. ✅ Ranker has been run after changes
3. ✅ Products have data for enabled sliders

Slow Performance

Solutions:

• Reduce batch size in ranker settings (try 25-50)
• Check server resources during calculation
• Disable unused sliders

Scores Not Updating

Quick Fix:

1. Go to WooRanker → All Rankers
2. Click Edit on your ranker
3. Click Run to recalculate
